How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy and secure 24/7 on our site! Here’s how to place an order:

1. Find the product(s) you want. Browse our categories on the menu on the left side of our Web site, such as "Travel" or "Nostalgia." Or, type the book title, ISBN, or your favorite subject in our state-of-the-art search box to search for products. The search box is on the top left of our Web page. Click on "Go" after entering your search terms in the search box.

2. If you used our Search box to look for items, click on the title you are interested in from the list of products that resulted from your search.

3. When you click on a product, you will go to a page with complete information on the product, including the cover image, a full description of its contents, price, availability, and more detailed product information.

4. To buy the title, click on the "Add to Cart" button to begin checkout. The "Add to Cart" button is below the description of the product.

5. To continue shopping for more items, either browse the categories to the left or search for another item. If you find more items, add them to the cart as described in point 4. If you do not find more items, you can return to your shopping cart to checkout by selecting the “Shopping Cart” button below the search box.

6. Review the contents of your Shopping Cart. You can review each product’s discounted price, change the quantity of what you want to order, apply promotional codes – if a coded special is being offered, or remove items from your cart.

7. Click "Checkout" if you want to buy the products listed in your cart. You will now be taken to the "Create an Account" page. If you are a new customer, please enter your e-mail address and create a password to protect the privacy of your account, then click "Register & Continue." If you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password and click "Login & Continue."

8. If you are a new customer, you will have to enter your mailing and shipping address and payment/credit card information. We guarantee the security of ordering with us. Fill out the information and click "Place Order" to place your order with us.

9. If you are a returning customer, you will be taken to the "Order Details" page after you click on "Login & Continue" This page contains payment information and address records for your account. Verify the information and click "Place Order."

10. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Why aren't there any items in my shopping cart?

VoyageurPress.com stores cookies on your computer to help us keep track of which products you have placed in your shopping cart.  Many web browsers today are installed with very tight security settings by default, and do not allow the storage of cookies.  If this is the case, the settings need to be modified on your web browser to allow cookies.  If this is still not fixing the problem, you might want to check and see if your computer is running an anti-virus or spyware program.  Oftentimes, these programs will partner with your web browser and disallow cookies as well.  Most browsers offer a "prompt" option for cookies, which still allows you to maintain control over what cookies/content are downloaded to your computer.

Do I need to register to make purchases at VoyageurPress.com ?

Yes, but it's painless. In order to process your order and ship to the proper mailing address, there is certain information we must gather. If not previously done, you will automatically be prompted for this information when you make your first purchase.

Do I need a password? And what if I forget my password?

Can I return merchandise I buy from VoyageurPress.com ?

Yes. We guarantee your satisfaction and will accept returns for replacement, exchange, credit, or a refund. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, simply fill out the form included with your shipment and return it within 30 days. The form also includes a mailing label for your convenience.

Can I cancel an order once I've placed it?

Yes - up to a certain point in the order fulfillment process. If we receive your cancellation request before the order has reached the shipping stage, we can cancel all or part of it, whichever you desire. If an order that you tried to cancel is shipped, you can return it.
